In order to employ landless peasants and for development of local textile units, adult education center of Shaoxing has given training to more than 140 women workers of two textile units.

Under this programme, workers and peasants will be trained so that they could get job in textile industry.

Out of the total 140 workers, over 90 percent of workers successfully cleared the training.

Local Government also provides training to women workers from other provinces to help them get job in textile industry.
