At present, the key project of Haicheng Textile Industrial Park - Xianglu Chemical Fiber (Haicheng) Co., Ltd is put into production. The ceremony for it is held in Haicheng Textile Industrial Park ceremoniously.

Haichen Textile Industrial Park is one of 100 industry projects for develop Liaoning Industrial Base. With total investment of 1.5billion USD, this park is built at two sections: first period project covering 1.5square meters mainly attracts the manufacturers for chemical fiber, spinning, weaving, printing, garment, knitting and the enterprises specialized in planning, marketing, and research and logistic. After two-year development, the first terylene long-thread production line with annual output of 30000tons has been put into production. This year, Xianglu Co. will invest 0.273billion USD to build terylene industrial thread & shade production line.
