It is estimated  that China's textile export rate in 2006 will go down 16.89 percent. 

Chinese government changed the export rebate rate of textile and clothing industry in 1994, 1996, 1999, 2004 and 2006, according to historical experience, the export rising rate will reduce by 1.9 percent while the export rebate rate reduced by one percent.

This year, the export rebate rate reduces by two percent for textile and clothing industry.

Chinese export rebate rate will clearly affect the export of textile and clothing industry.

It is suggested by experts  that China's textile and clothing traders should compensate loss by increasing unit price and reducing cost.
