Gong Chunsen, the Vice Consul of China in Istanbul, said they would like to balance trade relations between Turkey and China by new investments they are planning in Turkey. Stating that China does not pose a threat for the Turkish textile sector, Chunsen emphasized that both countries could derive important gains through their cooperation in the textile sector. Chunsen also stated that Chinese businessmen place great importance on Turkey and he announced that a Chinese export products fair and a fair for Chinese small and medium scale enterprises will be opened in this context this fall in Turkey with the participation of the Chinese Prime Minister.
