Apr. 12, considering the application of the Comité International de la Rayonne et des Fibres Synthétiques (CIRFS), EU has decided to make anti-dumping investigation on polyester staple fibers from China and Malaysia. The involved Customs Code. is 55032000.

The European Union repeatedly imposed anti-dumping duties on PSF from a series of producing countries in the past decade.In addition to Korea and Taiwan, duties are also levied on PSF imports from Australia, Belarus, India, Indonesia and Thailand (see the tables below).
