Approved by State Council, Vice Minister of Commerce Liao Xiaoqi and Henry Tang, Financial Secretary of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, singed Supplement IV to the Mainland and Hong Kong Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement in Hong Kong on Jun 29, 2007. It will be put in force starting from Jan 1, 2008.

HKSAR Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen, Minister of Commerce Bo Xilai, Vice Director of Hong Kong and Macao Office of the State Council Chen Zuo'er, and Vice Director of Liaison Office of the Central People's Government in HKSAR Guo Li were present at the singing ceremony.
