Statistics by China Customs reveal that China’s total export of foreign trade in Jan. Sep. 2006 was 127.26 billion USD, up 24.3 per cent year-on-year. In which the export was 691.231 billion USD，up  26.5 per cent year-on-year, the import was 5813.79 billion USD，up 21.7 per cent year-on-year, making favorable balance 109.851 billion USD.

Statistics showed that China’s Export of Textile/Apparel was 105.6 billion USD in Jan. Sep. 2006, taking up 15 per cent of China’s total foreign trade.
