The data from US custom show that during January-July,2006, US textile & fashion imported from China reached 1059.6billion USD, decreased by 1.42% compare with last year, accounting for 24.73% of America textile & fashion import, being ranked first. Its import reached 812.9billion Square meters, up 3.00%, ranked first. The fashion imported from China reaches 661.3billion USD, decreased by 10.67%, accounting for 20.53% of total import, ranked first. During January-July, China textile imported from US reached 398.4billion USD, increased by 19.05% compared with last year, accounting for 37.44% of total textile import, ranked first; import reached 576.5billion Square meters, up 12.54% than last year, being ranked first.
