Rieter at CITME 2006

– In hall 5 - the Swiss pavilion -  Rieter welcomes the Chinese and international customers. At CITME 2006 Rieter will present the actual product range for the production of short staple yarn, filaments and nonwovens to the Chinese market.

Products on display

Rieter will display the following products:

 Card C 601: A high performance card for economical card production and constant sliver quality. Highlights are the modularity for easy maintenance and the integrated cylinder grinding system IGS for a constantly high carding quality and a longer wire lifetime.

 Draw frame RSB-D 401: The single head autolevelling concept is the most efficient way to produce constant sliver quality and therefore constantly high yarn quality. Highlights are the new scanning device, 1 100m/min delivery speed, CLEANcoil, AUTOset, AUTOhelp and MEMOset for trouble free operation and easy settings.

 Rotor spinning machine R 923: Semiautomatic rotor spinning machine for quality yarn production in countries with low labor costs

 Rotor spinning machine R 40: The most advanced fully automated rotor spinning machine with the piecing technology AEROpiecing. This technology produces invisible piecers.

 Filament draw roll RIEVAP 54: A draw roll especially designed for high draw forces and with an increased working width.

 Tire cord direct cabling machine CP 10: This machine sets a new benchmark in yarn quality and machine performance.

Rieter in China

Rieter has supplied machines to China for more than 70 years and is among the recognized market leaders of spinning machines for the short staple fiber and the filament process as well as for the nonwovens and pelletizing industry.  In China Rieter employs over 300 people in sales, after-sales service, commissioning, engineering, production, financing and technology support. Rieter's Chinese headquarter is in Shanghai with offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Jinan, Urumqi and Wuhan. Rieter also operates a production plant in Changzhou and a service center including a spare parts warehouse as well as a SpinCenter in Shanghai.

CITME 2006, CITME 2008 and ITMA Asia 2008 are the important events for the Chinese textile industry

With the participation in CITME 2006 Rieter underlines the importance of this exhibition in China. In addition Rieter already announced the plan to participate also in the new joint event of ITMA Asia and CITME in 2008 in Shanghai.
