Sponsored by China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC) and supported by Zhejiang Huafu Group, Tianhong (China) Investment Co., Ltd, Marzoli (Dongtai) Textile Machinery Co., Ltd, Xiangfan Knitting and Textile Factory, Zhanjiang Textile Enterprise (Group) Company, the 2005-2006 China Textile and Apparel Industry Competitiveness Conference is taking place in Beijing today. It’s an annual conference, which has been held successfully since the year of 2004.

The company competitiveness is evaluated through seven catalogues of basic data and 24 index. The Top 20 most competitive companies in the cotton textile sector, and top 10 companies from the sectors of wool textile, silk, linen, knitting, chemical fiber, dyeing and printing and apparel are selected and receive the awards in the Conference. The top 100 company of sales income and export income are also announced. The awards of “Best Innovative Enterprise”, “Best Growing Enterprise” and “Special Contribution” are conferred.
